About Smark Global

We are a Hong Kong company doing the work of connecting enterprise systems and AI — from strategy to implementation to everyday use.

Smark Global was established in Hong Kong in 2004, initially delivering corporate web, e-commerce and business management system implementations. Across those years the work has circled one question: how do you get data moving between systems so operations actually run smoothly.

AI has not changed that question — it has made it more visible. Our position today is AI transformation and enterprise systems integration: assess first, implement second, and close the governance and training gap most organisations underestimate.

Our Hong Kong office is in Lai Chi Kok at Oriental International Building, and our education centre is at Kings Tower.

Founder's book

A practical book for owners moving beyond basic AI use

Written for Hong Kong business owners, the book explores how organisations can move beyond content generation and isolated productivity tools to understand customers, codify experience, uncover operating patterns and test new paths to growth.

  • 01Start with processes closest to revenue, cost or risk—not with the latest tool.
  • 02Turn customer conversations, sales records and front-line feedback into usable organisational knowledge.
  • 03Codify founder and senior-team experience into repeatable, testable ways of working.

How we work

Four principles we hold to

Measure before promising

We do not promise percentage improvements before a baseline exists. Metrics come from your own data.

Keep human judgement

Steps touching customers, finance or casework retain human review and a record of it.

Handover by design

Documentation, training and configuration are built for handover, not dependency.

Only verifiable claims

Unconfirmed figures and logos do not appear on our site or in our proposals.
